MQ manuscript states geometric conditions for a referenceable universe

The Universe Initiation Theorem is a conditional construction within the framework, not an observation of cosmic origin.

· Recorded knowledge-base snapshot · Retrospective release

CHICAGO — An MQ manuscript develops conditions under which a physically referenceable universe can arise from its proposed underlying relational structure. The Universe Initiation Theorem connects a persistent mapping obstruction with the possibility of realizing a domain that supports physical references.

Figure 1. Source-based summary of the construction and its stated limits. The panels organize the cited facts; they are not an additional physical derivation or a new observation.

The starting point is the Internal Frame, a discrete count domain without assumed continuous spacetime geometry. Observable structure belongs to the System Frame after the Frames mapping. The origin question is therefore framed as a condition on realization, rather than as the motion of matter through an already existing external space.

The source describes a joint requirement involving boundary count transfer and a mapping obstruction around a reference cycle. A strictly closed count region cannot supply the growth required by the proposed initiation account. The persistence and removability of the obstruction matter to the construction.

These are mathematical and interpretive conditions inside MQ. A theorem can establish a result from stated assumptions without establishing that those assumptions describe the actual origin of the universe. The distinction between conditional proof and empirical evidence should remain visible in public reporting.

The manuscript also distinguishes necessary geometric conditions from the later physical history of the realized domain. Producing the first referenceable structure does not by itself calculate the observed distribution of galaxies, the full microwave sky, or the growth of perturbations.

The value of the proposal is that it makes a foundational question more explicit. Outside researchers can inspect the assumptions, follow the proof, and ask whether the downstream theory yields falsifiable observables. It should be presented as a proposed account of cosmogenesis with identifiable conditions, not a direct observation of what occurred before physical time.
