Journal accepts a consolidated presentation of Measurement Quantization
Acceptance on October 28, 2022 preceded publication of the framework’s summary paper on January 25, 2023.

CHICAGO — The International Journal of Geometric Methods in Modern Physics accepted Jody A. Geiger’s Measurement quantization on October 28, 2022. The article was subsequently published on January 25, 2023 as volume 20, issue 4, article 2350069. Its printed publication history also records receipt on August 16, 2022.
The 70-page article consolidates the program’s measurement principles and applications in one reference. It examines count descriptions, fundamental measures, count bounds and the finite-count effect discussed as the Informativity differential. It also presents proposed relationships involving physical constants, relativity, galactic rotation and cosmology. Figure 1 distinguishes the three documented publication stages.

A consolidated source is useful for readers who first encounter MQ through a specialized application. Its extensive appendices make it possible to trace particular claims to their assumptions, equations and numerical comparisons. The article also identifies two calculation spreadsheets, whose versions need to be matched to the published text before reproducing a historical result.
Acceptance is a publication event, not a measurement result. It does not establish independent confirmation of every application or a percentage of foundational physics problems solved. The article’s mathematical constructions, input-dependent calculations and observational comparisons require assessment on their own terms.
Current reporting uses Internal Frame for the discrete count-configuration domain, System Frame for the realized description of physical observables, and Frames mapping for their proposed connection. These definitions clarify today’s account. They should not silently rewrite the terminology, dimensional conventions or numerical calibration printed in the historical article.
The technical Brief supplies a page-level reading guide and a worked example from Appendix D, using current count notation. The example separates an exact mathematical residual, its normalization factor and its finite-count departure. Establishing a physical measurement effect requires the further assumptions and observable comparison; the count identity alone is not an experiment.
Later galactic tests, quantum-measurement manuscripts and the 2026 evidence classification must retain their own source dates. The public document inspected here is the published article bearing the 2022 acceptance date, rather than a separately authenticated copy of the manuscript on the day it was accepted.
The archive therefore retains the precise acceptance milestone while directing readers to identifiable results, source versions and tests. The article is a reference point for following the research program’s development, with publication history kept distinct from empirical validation.
