MQ separates the exact conventional action scale from its upper-count calculation

The conventional exact SI quantity and MQ’s upper-count calculation use distinct realization prescriptions.

· Recorded source version · Retrospective release

CHICAGO — source review distinguishes the conventional reduced Planck constant from a separate upper-count realization calculated within MQ. The conventional quantity is the exact defined Planck constant divided by twice pi. Its exactness in the International System of Units does not make every MQ quantity inferred from it exact.

Figure 1 summarizes the source result and its evidentiary scope.

Different prescriptions, not competing SI measurements

Figure 1. Source-based summary of the construction and its stated limits. The panels organize the cited facts; they are not an additional physical derivation or a new observation.

The recorded upper-count MQ value is 1.0545349844417293, multiplied by ten to the minus thirty-four joule seconds. The conventional reduced value begins 1.054571817646, in the same units. These numbers denote different realization prescriptions in the source, rather than two competing measurements of the SI definition.

The upper-count calculation carries a propagated calibration uncertainty. The finite-count relation retains the normalization associated with the Informativity differential, the proposed count-dependent length effect. A comparison must keep the realization prescription attached to each value.

This distinction prevents an apparent mismatch with an exact constant from being reported as an experimental anomaly. The October source date identifies a revised manuscript calculation preserved in source review. Testing its physical interpretation requires an observable comparison that is not already enforced by the defining action input.
