MQ’s charge construction separates a small residual from the historical count marker

A small charge residual remains distinct from the nearest half-interaction marker of forty-two.

· Recorded source version · Retrospective release

CHICAGO — The revised electromagnetic construction evaluates a residual that enters the elementary-charge polynomial. The recorded residual is about 0.020392812. It is distinct from the historical nearest half-interaction marker of forty-two.

Figure 1 summarizes the source result and its evidentiary scope.

Model premise

Polynomial counts three, seven and fourteen

Figure 1. Source-based summary of the construction and its stated limits. The panels organize the cited facts; they are not an additional physical derivation or a new observation.

The polynomial uses realization counts of three, seven, and fourteen in its linear, quadratic, and cubic contributions. MQ adopts the complete specified function as an exact defining relation for this calculation. The count choices and their physical interpretation therefore remain part of the model premise.

The construction proceeds through the angular residual, the fundamental charge description, and the realized charge. Those stages should not be replaced by a single numerically similar count. Doing so would conceal which residual is being propagated and which normalization belongs to the observable.

The October version resolves older source notation while preserving the distinction between mathematical definition and empirical validation. Recovering a calibrated charge value consistently does not independently prove that the polynomial is nature’s unique microscopic charge law. A separate physical test would need a consequence not already enforced by the adopted input chain.
