MQ derives its electric constant through a specified charge realization
The electric output follows a charge realization with explicit source and normalization assumptions.

CHICAGO — The MQ electromagnetic calculation obtains vacuum permittivity from the charge-based realization rather than inserting a measured permittivity as the direct starting value. Vacuum permittivity characterizes the electric response used in the conventional field description. The revised source connects it to the fundamental measures and the electromagnetic realization parameter.

Conditional on realization and calibration
The procedure retains its inverse fine-structure calibration and the exact defining relationships adopted for charge. Its numerical uncertainty is conditional on that chain. Agreement with a recommended constant that shares the same information is therefore an internal consistency comparison.
The source also connects the electric construction algebraically with gravitational coupling. The cancellation establishes the stated identity under compatible realization prescriptions. It does not identify electric and gravitational fields or provide their common interaction dynamics.
This October manuscript supplies a traceable route into one member of the constants family. Its scientific significance depends on the validity of the count and realization premises as well as the algebra. It reports neither a new capacitance experiment nor an independent measurement of the vacuum response.
