MQ’s constant-term no-go result is bounded by its chosen rate and fraction
The restriction concerns a scalar built from the adopted MQ rate and fraction, with broader dynamics still required.

CHICAGO — The current MQ cosmological-term investigation proves a conditional restriction on a scalar built from its adopted rate and fixed referenceability fraction. The restriction concerns that defined scalar. It is not a universal exclusion of a constant coefficient in every Einstein-form field equation.
Figure 1 summarizes the source result and its evidentiary scope.

Not a universal ban on an Einstein-form constant
The source separates a stationary local gravitational limit from a complete cosmological solution. It also identifies admissible metric variation, matter coupling, and consistent continuum evolution as additional requirements for a claim of full gravitational equivalence.
For an isolated conserved dust branch, the conservation argument retains the requirement that an Einstein-form cosmological coefficient be constant. Permitting exchange would require additional dynamics. Merely allowing exchange does not solve the tested cosmological failure recorded in the same source.
This is a substantive limitation on how the no-go theorem may be reported. It excludes the stated construction under its premises without establishing that all constant vacuum contributions have been removed from physics. The October 23 date identifies the recorded source version. The original discovery and announcement dates are not established.
