MQ links cosmic scale and accumulated mass-equivalent content to count evolution

The construction describes a global realization relation, not ordinary gas accretion onto galaxies.

· Recorded source or audit snapshot · Retrospective release

CHICAGO — The cited MQ cosmological account relates universe-scale measures and accumulated mass-equivalent content to elapsed count after physical realization. The construction is intended to connect cosmic age, scale, and mass accounting within one measurement framework.

Figure 1. Source-based summary of the construction and its stated limits. The panels organize the cited facts; they are not an additional physical derivation or a new observation.

The source distinguishes the interpretation before and after realization. Before a System Frame is available, the relationships describe count allocation. After realization, they acquire a temporal and dimensional interpretation. This prevents a pre-referenceable count parameter from being mistaken for time measured by a physical clock.

The accumulated mass-equivalent quantity is proportional to the elapsed fundamental time count in the stated construction. The associated global realization rate is not ordinary astrophysical accretion, such as gas falling onto a galaxy or matter joining a halo. Using the same everyday word for both would conceal a difference in physical meaning.

The dimensional account also requires care. Fractions are dimensionless, whereas mass allocations carry units. Ratios can connect them, but a percentage cannot simply be substituted for a mass in a physical equation. The cited fundamental relation uses a momentum realization to maintain dimensional consistency.

These cosmological relationships are retained in the MQ record for provenance and broader interpretation. They are not required inputs to every galaxy-rotation calculation. The cited galactic dependency proceeds through the frame-resolved expansion rate and the associated acceleration scale.
