A flat-dust test exposes a remaining cosmological obstruction in MQ’s scalar construction

A recorded flat-dust failure is not resolved by a stationary local limit or by permitting exchange alone.

· Recorded source version · Retrospective release

CHICAGO — source review records a cosmological obstruction alongside the local successes of its scalar construction. The tested flat-dust case is not resolved merely by permitting exchange or by identifying a stationary Newtonian limit. Those calculations impose different requirements.

Figure 1 summarizes the source result and its evidentiary scope.

Figure 1. Source-based summary of the construction and its stated limits. The panels organize the cited facts; they are not an additional physical derivation or a new observation.

The source distinguishes the scalar rate construction, the isolated timelike matter action, and the metric field dynamics. A result at one level cannot automatically supply the missing solution at another. In particular, local matter equivalence does not fix the evolving scale factor and its observational distance relations.

The same scope summary rejects interpreting the scalar construction as a cancellation of arbitrary constant matter-vacuum contributions. That broader claim would require a separate derivation of their physical coupling and evolution. It does not follow from reassigning a coefficient in an Einstein-form expression.

This release records a negative theoretical result because it materially narrows the framework’s current cosmological claim. The obstruction is conditional on the tested source construction and is not a general impossibility theorem for MQ. The October 23 date identifies the recorded source version, with historical discovery timing unestablished.
