CHICAGO — MQ’s quantum-dynamics construction connects local count redistribution with the continuum form of Schrödinger evolution. The result is conditional on locality, conservation, amplitude-and-phase encoding, and the operator and boundary conditions specified in the manuscript.

Realized updates do not fix primitive dynamics
The mathematical route uses admissible difference operators. First differences approach spatial gradients, while successive centered differences approach the second derivatives combined in a Laplacian. In the mapped description, that operator contributes to the familiar quantum evolution generator.
The source makes an important geometric distinction. Coordinates and lattice operators used in the calculation belong to the realized representation. They are not assumed to be primitive spatial coordinates in the Internal Frame. The curvature of a probability-density representation is also not the same thing as gravitational spacetime curvature.
Conservation provides a concrete check. Under the stated conditions, the continuum generator is self-adjoint and preserves the normalized availability. A naive forward-step numerical update does not generally preserve that norm exactly; the manuscript distinguishes it from a Cayley update generated by a Hermitian discrete Hamiltonian, which does.
This level of detail matters because a formal resemblance to Schrödinger’s equation is not enough. The derivation must also specify the admissible states, inner product, mass and potential interpretation, and limiting procedure. Different reconstruction programs can recover the same equation from different assumptions.
The scientific contribution is a proposed microscopic-to-continuum account, not a newly measured quantum law. Its evaluation requires scrutiny of the assumptions and any predictions beyond standard dynamics. For journalists, it offers a precise example of MQ’s broader claim that familiar continuous equations can emerge from count-based structure.
